Account suspended

Dear BackHug user, according to our Terms and Conditions your account has been suspended until further notice because you have received three 24 hour suspensions in the last 30 days. We operate this policy in order to prevent users booking and cancelling in such a manner as to inconvenience other users who may wish to book sessions on a BackHug device. Your suspension will remain in force from now unless you contact us by emailing support@paclamedical.com with your appeal. After evaluating your appeal we will decide at our sole discretion whether to restore your access to our services.
