5-10 minutes, you just need to plug it in
As little as 5-10 minutes.
Once BackHug has been delivered, you just need to take it out of its box and plug it in, using the power cable supplied with your BackHug.
Reminder: BackHug is heavy (42kg) so you might want to ask for help when lifting and/or moving it).
The power cable is plugged into BackHug underneath the device, please consult the BackHug Manual if you need any help.
BackHug is operated with the BackHug App, which you can download from the Google or Apple App stores.
Once you have plugged your BackHug in and switched it on, the BackHug App will help you configure your BackHug to WiFi (you will need your WiFi password), so it can be remotely updated and accessible for you and family/friends to use.
