Maintenance of the device

BackHug is a connected device which we can fully monitor - with visibility on the behaviour of all electronic parts - and update remotely. If there is any data suggesting the device might have an issue, we instantly receive an alert and can investigate immediately. We expect to be able to fix the vast majority of cases remotely. We believe this type of constant proactive maintenance is the best way to ensure the safe and reliable functioning of the device at all times. We will of course perform on-site maintenance any time this is required.
